Sunkist Graphics and Zitro — A Partnership Rooted in Trust and Efficiency

As Sunkist Graphics CEO Erik Black explains, “We believe in building long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and high-quality products. It's not just about the transaction; it's about understanding our clients' needs and becoming a true partner in their growth.”

Zitro’s collaboration with Sunkist Graphics began in September 2023 when Lead Administrative Manager Tracee Randall, seeking candle inserts, reached out based on a referral.

A good friend of mine in the industry recommended Sunkist to me,” Tracee recalled. “That first order of candle inserts turned into so much more.”

Streamlined Solutions

What began with simple colored plastic strips evolved quickly.

We needed play button stickers next,” said Tracee. “Then I found out that the plex we were buying from a third party was actually made by Sunkist. So, I thought, why not go straight to the source?”

This realization led to direct orders for plexiglass, Office Graphics, pamphlets, and play button inserts, simplifying Zitro’s supply chain. This streamlined approach reflects Sunkist’s commitment to client success.

As Sunkist Graphics CEO Erik Black explains, “We believe in building long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and high-quality products. It’s not just about the transaction; it’s about understanding our clients’ needs and becoming a true partner in their growth.”

The partnership continued to flourish. Sunkist designed a generic plex that became the standard for all of Zitro’s cabinets after receiving approval from the CEO. Furthermore, they collaborated with Durango Sheet Metal in Las Vegas, another Zitro vendor, to create a seamless workflow for machine frames and plex components.

This collaborative spirit is something Account Manager Brandon Black emphasizes.

We’re always looking for ways to improve efficiency and make things easier for our clients,” he says. “Working with Durango on the Zitro project was a perfect example of that. It’s about connecting the dots and creating solutions that benefit everyone.”

Availability and Attentiveness

Zitro appreciates Sunkist’s efficient and responsive service, particularly the support provided by Brandon Black, with whom Tracee works closely.

“Whether I email or text, he responds right away,” she said. “Quotes come back the same day, and turnaround times are much shorter now compared to when we outsourced them.”

This responsiveness is a hallmark of Sunkist’s service.

We understand that our clients operate in a fast-paced environment,” Brandon points out. “They need quick answers and fast turnaround times, and that’s what we strive to provide. It’s all about being proactive and anticipating their needs.”

The Power of Personal Connections

Beyond business, personal bonds have formed.

It’s nice to support not just a company, but the people behind it, especially when it’s a family business that’s been around for generations,” she said.

Added Erik:  “We’re proud of our heritage and the values that have guided us for generations. We treat our clients like family, and we’re committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

“Zitro is a valued client, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to work with them. Like all of our partners, their success is our success.”

From a simple order to a strategic partnership, Zitro and Sunkist Graphics have grown together, built on trust, efficiency, and genuine connections.

We’re lucky to call them a partner,” Tracee said.

"Whether I email or text, he responds right away,” she said. “Quotes come back the same day, and turnaround times are much shorter now compared to when we outsourced them.”
